Soave Classico Fittà is the perfect expression of the volcanic Soave area. The vineyards, with a north-east exposure, feature the steepest slopes in the appellation and represent the essence of heroic viticulture. In the glass, it has a straw yellow color. The bouquet expresses notes of peach, apricot, and white flowers. On the palate, the wine is characterized by a mineral persistence. On the label, set against a black background to evoke the color of the vineyard's volcanic soil, one can see a hot air balloon that recalls the power of fire and wind.
