Amphora Vignamasso

Amphora Vignamasso is made from Sangiovese grapes grown in the Vigna del Masso, a single vineyard distinguished by the striking volcanic boulder located at the entrance of the estate. This wine is crafted through whole-cluster fermentation in terracotta amphorae with an extended maceration. In the glass it displays a vivid, brilliant ruby-red color; on the nose it combines fresh floral notes with scents of wild strawberries, raspberry, and cherry, followed by hints of lavender, licorice, and forest floor. On the palate it reveals a pleasant balance between youthful energy and softness.
