Castelcerino

Soave Classico Castelcerino is the perfect expression of the limestone area of Soave. It is produced from vines trained using the traditional Pergola system and located in one of the highest parts of the Soave appellation. In the glass, it has a straw yellow color. The bouquet expresses the pleasantness of citrus fruits and a distinct ionic note. On the palate, it is a savory and mineral wine that expresses freshness and crystalline precision. On the label, which features a white background to evoke the color of the vineyard's limestone soil, one can see the Castle of Soave, a symbol of the town, and a cherry branch, a plant the valley is rich in and rightly proud of.
