Solosole Vermentino

Solosole captures the essence of the Bolgheri territory, starting with its very name. The constant presence of the sun during grape ripening and the influence of the sea surrounding Bolgheri lend the wine freshness, minerality and elegance. In the glass, it displays a golden-yellow colour with greenish reflections. The bouquet reveals notes of yellow-fleshed fruit, such as peach and apricot, followed by sulphurous hints and flint. On the palate, it is a savoury wine that surprises with its evolution in the glass, suggesting remarkable ageing potential.
