Solosole Pagus Camilla

Pagus, a Latin term, refers to a stretch of cultivated land, and so it is for Pagus Camilla, a elected portion of the Le Sondraie vineyard near the Fossa Camilla. This vineyard, whose soil is rich in minerals, gives life to a Bolgheri Bianco, concentrating Mediterranean character, tension, and extreme finesse. In the glass, it appears golden yellow. The bouquet is intense and complex: citrus and citron peel, sage, thyme, rosemary. On the palate, it is savory, structured, and balanced. An important Vermentino, capable of evolving in the bottle, gaining further nuances over the years.
