Vintage Champagne

The 2017 Grand Cru Blanc de Blancs Millésime is the expression of a vintage marked by a warm spring, April frosts, and a cool, rainy summer—conditions that reduced yields. The harvest, which began on September 1st, allowed for the selection of Chardonnay grapes of great character from Avize, Oger, and Le Mesnil-sur-Oger. Vinified in steel and aged for four and a half years on the lees, it stands out for its light caramel notes. The Extra Brut dosage, equal to 2 grams per liter, preserves its balance and freshness.
