Brut Champagne

The Cuvée Brut Grand Cru Blanc de Blancs is the soul of the Odyssée journey and the most authentic expression of Avize, in the heart of the Côte des Blancs. Made from Chardonnay grapes from the Avize, Cramant, and Oger crus, it is vinified in steel, undergoes malolactic fermentation, and is aged for 24 months on the lees. The soil, characterized by deep layers of chalk, contributes to the wine's freshness and recognizable saline imprint, while skillfully conducted vinification enhances its creaminess and maturity.
