Rubio

Rubio, whose name derives from the Latin “rubeus,” meaning “red,” is a pure Sangiovese that, thanks to vinification in concrete, expresses all of its natural freshness and radiance. In the glass, it presents a brilliant ruby red color with violet hues; on the nose, it offers fruity notes of cherry, blackcurrant, blackberry, and violet, accompanied by delicate herbaceous scents. On the palate, it is a fresh, pleasant, and approachable wine that highlights the vivacity and fragrance of the fruit. It excels with notes of red fruits and cherry, characteristic of the Sangiovese grape, which bestow upon it great drinkability, elegance, and intensity.
