Amarone stands out for its remarkable intensity and aromatic richness. Aging in wood, respectful of the fruit’s fragrance, lends a well-balanced tannic note. On the nose, it expresses aromas of cherry and wild black cherry, with subtle hints of vanilla and spice. The label features the “Camino del Leone,” the most extraordinary and imposing of the four spectacular mascaron fireplaces found in Villa Della Torre, attributed to Giovan Battista Scultori, known as one of Giulio Romano’s finest apprentices.
