Bright straw-yellow in colour, with subtle and elegant floral notes, accompanied by aromas of green apple and crisp vegetable scents. On the palate it is dry and medium bodied, with the nose echoed on the palate, while the flavour is zesty and satisfying.
Ideal with mixed grilled fish, peppered mussels and clams, sea bass, paella, chicken salads, walnuts and tropical fruits. Serve at 10°C and open just before drinking.
The wine is kept in stainless steel tanks for about 4 months and then fine-tuned for 2 months in the bottle.
