Shipments
SHIPPING TIMES
We always use express couriers and guarantee delivery throughout Italy within 24-48 hours. On the day of shipment, you will receive an email with tracking details.
INSURED SHIPMENTS
In any case, to protect you as much as possible, shipments are always insured against breakage, theft, or loss.
SECURE PACKAGING
For shipments, we use recyclable cardboard packaging, in respect of the environment, specifically designed for wines and spirits, certified and extremely resistant. Anti-breakage packaging.
SHIPPING COSTS IN ITALY
Shipping costs for Italy are free for orders over 95 euros (excluding gift vouchers, which are sent via email).
Below this amount, the rates are as follows:
- From 1 to 3 bottles, 10.00 euros
- From 4 to 6 bottles, 14.00 euros
- From 6 to 12 bottles, 19.50 euros

Shipping costs vary depending on the country and the quantity of bottles purchased.
DELIVERIES
Deliveries are made on working days, from Monday to Friday, mostly from 9 am to 6 pm. To facilitate delivery, if you can, please provide an address where someone is always present to receive the package, for example, an office or a trusted shop.
Important: If you receive a damaged or tampered package or a partial delivery, highlight this anomaly by writing the word "RESERVE" on the delivery document that the courier will ask you to sign, then describing the anomaly found (e.g., damaged package, wet package, non-original packaging or adhesive tape without the Callmewine brand). Then notify Callmewine's customer service at wineshop@allegrini.it by attaching photos of the damage, the non-original packaging, etc.
