Customer Service – After-sales support
For any questions regarding payments, shipping, and deliveries, you can consult the sections dedicated to payments and shipping and/or contact the office via:

ORDERS
By clicking on the "person" icon at the top, you will access the area with a list of all your orders. For each order, you can check the payment and the order status.
By clicking on the "order number", you will see the order details and, depending on the case, you can:
- Repeat a failed credit card or PayPal payment.
- Reorder products from the order: all products will be added to the cart based on available quantities and vintages.
RETURNS DUE TO WITHDRAWAL
For all purchases made by private customers (consumers) on the Villa Della Torre Wine Shop, the right of withdrawal is guaranteed, under the terms and conditions provided in the specific "Right of Withdrawal" section.
- Within 14 days of receiving the goods, send an email to wineshop@villadellatorre.it stating that you wish to return the purchased products, indicating the relevant order number.
- Ship the goods, at your own care and expense, with suitable packaging to the address indicated below.
- Upon receipt of the goods, we will refund the amount paid for the purchase of the returned goods.

DELIVERIES
Deliveries will be made exclusively within Italian territory, including islands, to the address provided by the user.
Deliveries are made on working days, Monday to Friday, from 9 am to 6 pm. To facilitate delivery, if possible, please provide an address where someone is always present to receive the goods, such as an office or a trusted shop.
Important: In the event that you receive a damaged or non-intact package, it is necessary to report this circumstance on the delivery document, signing with "RESERVE" and specifying the issues found with the merchandise. Then report the incident by sending an email to wineshop@villadellatorre.it, attaching any photos of the damage, non-original packaging, etc.
DAMAGED OR CORKED PRODUCTS
If you find a damaged or corked wine, keep the half-full bottle with the original cork, write to us at wineshop@villadellatorre.it, and we will arrange, at our expense, to collect the defective bottle and send you an equivalent discount code, provided that the email report reaches our company no later than 6 months from the purchase date.
