Cassiopea Pagus Cerbaia

Pagus, from Latin, denotes a cultivated land area, just like Pagus Cerbaia, an elected portion once known as a woodland hunting ground. From this parcel comes a rosé crafted from a precise selection of Syrah and Cabernet Sauvignon, fermented partly in amphorae and partly in oak barrels. In the glass, it shines a delicate, luminous pink. The nose is fresh and precise, with notes of spring blossoms and a mix of sweet and tangy wild berries. On the palate, it’s juicy, lively, and well-balanced; a charming and instantly enjoyable rosé.
