Champagne Odyssée was born in Avize from an idea by Olivier Bonville and Ferdinand Ruelle, as a project to explore the many identities of Champagne. In the heart of the Côte des Blancs, within old stables transformed into a modern winery, a range dedicated to Chardonnay takes shape. The ten hectares of vineyards extend across the prestigious crus of Avize, Cramant, Oger, and Le Mesnil-sur-Oger. Each plot is interpreted to express the identity of the territory and its chalky soils. From the first cuvées dedicated to Avize, the project has expanded with Odyssée 319, a journey through the 319 crus of Champagne, amidst tradition, precision, and respect for the terroir.
