70% Cabernet Franc | 30% Merlot

Cassiopea takes its name from the constellation which, depending on its position in the sky, resembles the shape of an M or a W, a reference to Marilisa and Walter, the founders of Poggio al Tesoro. In the glass, it displays a pale pink colour, achieved through rosé winemaking with very brief skin contact. The bouquet reveals delicate floral notes and hints of small berries, such as blackberry and raspberry. On the palate, it is fresh and savoury, with a persistent juiciness that offers a contemporary interpretation of Bolgheri’s great rosé tradition, renowned for its exceptional freshness and minerality.
