Fittà Soave Classico is the pure expression of the volcanic soils of Soave. The vineyards, with northeast exposure, are characterized by the steepest slopes in the appellation and represent the essence of heroic viticulture. In the glass it displays a straw-yellow color. The bouquet reveals notes of peach, apricot, and white flowers. On the palate it is defined by its lingering mineral persistence. The label, with its black background recalling the volcanic soils of the vineyard, features a hot-air balloon evoking the power of fire and wind.
