
Ruby red in colour with purple hues. It reveals an intense aroma of cherry, accompanied by nuances of aromatic herbs. On the palate the softness of Merlot blends perfectly with the liveliness of the Corvina. This wine is full bodied with an interesting, persistent finish.
It pairs well with typical Veronese cold cuts, eggs with black truffles, roast kid, beef tartar and medium-mature cheeses. Serve at 15-16°C and open shortly before drinking.
The wine ages in stainless steel tanks for 4 months and then in the bottle for 2 months.
