
Intense straw-yellow in colour, this wine reveals the characteristic notes of exotic fruit typical of this Burgundy grape variety. It is graceful and harmonious on the palate, and satisfyingly well-balanced. It has well-sustained body and refreshing acidity.
Perfect with sushi, lobster, shellfish, salmon marinated in dill, couscous with Eastern spices, Venetian-style liver and artichokes. Serve at 10°C and open just before drinking.
The wine is kept in stainless steel tanks for about 4 months and then fine-tuned in the bottle for 2 months.
